Here, again, is the family of Randolph Bobbitt and Rachel Phillips, and Ellen Phillips, or of Rachel Ellen Phillips.

Nancy Bobbitt married her first cousin once removed, William Bobbitt. They were married in Pulaski County Kentucky. William died in 1856. Nancy and William reared a large family. Nancy died in Pulaski County Kentucky. See separate chapter on William.

Uriah Bobbitt was born on March 19, 1818 in Grayson County Virginia. On September 20, 1843, Uriah married Elizabeth Matilda Worrell, who was born in Grayson County Virginia. Elizabeth was a second cousin to Uriah Bobbitt. Her father was John Worrell. See separate chapter on Uriah Bobbitt.

Margaret Bobbitt married James Bobbitt in 1841 in Pulaski County Kentucky. James Bobbitt was a first cousin, once removed to Margaret Bobbitt. James was a son of John and Nancy Nuckolls Bobbitt of Grayson County. James and Margaret moved with the Randolph Bobbitt family to Howard County Missouri. Their children were, Rachel, Andrew Jackson, George Washington, Richard, Lewis, and Margaret Bobbitt.

Rebecca Bobbitt married Lorenzo Thomas in 1841 in Pulaski County Kentucky. Lorenzo Thomas was a brother to Jacob Thomas who married Rebecca Bobbitt, daughter of Caleb and Nancy (Blair) Bobbitt.

William Bobbitt married Catherine Branstetter. They were married on September 7, 1863 in Metcalf County Kentucky. William was born March 22, 1827 and died June 9, 1911. Catherine was born on March 9, 1832 and died October 29, 1909. Both are buried in the township of Summer Shade, Metcalfe County, Kentucky. William served in Company A, 37th Kentucky Infantry, in the Civil War. See separate chapter for William and his family.

Absolom Bobbitt married Polly (Mary) Ann Wells in Howard County Missouri. They did not have any children. Absolom died between 1865 and 1870 in Howard County.

Elizabeth Ellen Bobbitt was a daughter of Randolph and Ellen Phillips Bobbitt. She married James M. Stapp in 1849 shortly after the family moved to Missouri. The marriage is recorded in Howard. County Missouri. She was frequently recorded as Eliza Ellen Bobbitt.
