There are several Bobbitt reunions held each year. Some well known ones are held in Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and Texas. Most of these reunions welcome anyone from any branch of the Bobbitt family. The reunion at Cowen, West Virginia is a two day affair and has welcomed family members from all parts of the United States. The group has as few as 50 to as many as 300. It is generally held the second weekend of August.

Bobbitt reunions greatly contribute to the gathering and preservation of family history. The Bobbitt reunion at Camp Caesar, West Virginia, has a slogan "Where cousins meet cousins and become friends". The family, comprised of grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, sons, daughters, cousins, nieces, and nephews is one of the great moral forces in our world of today.
