JAMES HILL BOBBITT 1828-1907

James Hill Bobbitt was one of the sixteen children of John and Permelia (Hill) Bobbitt. James was the last son and the fourteenth child. He married and moved to Nicholas County, West Virginia where he farmed and lived until his death in 1907. He was considered an excellent speaker and enjoyed participating in the local political issues of his day.
