Yes, Mose Rager is my uncle.  His brother, Lyman Eugene Rager, was my grandfather.  I remember going to "pickins' " at Uncle Mose and Aunt Laverda's house in Drakesboro when I was a little girl.  There is a picture of me somewhere sleeping in a guitar case.  My mom has some old tapes that she taped during these pickins.  They are quite distorted; nevertheless, they are of Merle, Uncle Mose, and lots of other folks when they were just starting out.
